These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking platform, and services offered by Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort. By accessing our website or making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. General
- Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort provides accommodation and safari booking services only.
- No food or meal services are included in our offerings.
- All guests are expected to comply with local forest regulations, safety instructions, and rules laid down by the resort management.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
- By confirming a booking, you represent that all details provided (such as name, phone number, and ID proof) are accurate and complete.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment of full amount or token advance.
- The booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp to the contact number provided.
- Customers are responsible for verifying all booking details (dates, number of guests, services) before confirming.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made through secure methods provided on our booking platform, including Razorpay.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as per Government of India laws.
- We do not accept responsibility for failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers, internet issues, or incorrect details entered by the customer.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Strict Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment (including token advance) is received, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications are allowed under any circumstances.
- Payments made are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against future bookings.
- In case of no-show or non-arrival, the booking will be considered forfeited.
6. Use of Resort Facilities
- Guests must follow all safety rules and regulations provided by Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort and local forest authorities.
- The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or accidents occurring due to negligence, wildlife encounters, or non-compliance with instructions.
- Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or damage to resort property will result in cancellation of stay without refund, along with liability for damages.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort shall not be liable for delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance if required.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- Personal information (such as name, contact number, ID proofs) collected during the booking process is used strictly for reservation purposes, compliance with local laws, and communication related to your booking.
- Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store or share your banking/card details.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or related to bookings or services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.
