Among the 06 Entry Gates for Jungle Safaris, Mohurli Gate is having a quota of 16 Gypsy in Morning Slot with Tatkal Quota & 16 in Afternoon Slot with Tatkal Quota and it is the nearest Jungle Safari Entry gate from Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort one can reach easily by walking, Safari Pick up & Drop off facility is also available for Mohurli Core Gate with no extra cost.

Yes, Canters Buses with a capacity of 22 Seats are available for Morning & Evening Slots. Canter Buses runs from Mohurli Core Gate only. One can easily reach to Mohurli Gate by walking from Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort.
It is wise to choose clothing in neutral, camouflage colours such as brown, khaki, stone or beige which will make you less visible and able to get closer to the wild animals you may want to see.
Gratuities are not compulsory at Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort, however, if you wish to leave a gratuity, There is a common tip box which is kept at the reception area.
Yes. We can arrange for your surface transfers from Nagpur, Chandrapur, Raipur, Pench National Park, Satpura National Park or Tadoba National Park.
Nagpur is the closest Airport. It is 160 kms & 3:30 hours’ drive from the resort. Chandrapur is a nearest Railway station. It is 30 kms & a 35 mins drive from the resort
Yes, children of all ages are allowed on Jungle Safaris however, under the supervision of a guardian.
Yes, solo travelers are welcome. A single supplement applies if you prefer your own room. If you’re open to sharing with another solo traveler of the same gender (subject to availability), let us know during booking.
Indian Rupees (INR) is the primary and most widely accepted currency throughout the tour and at the resort. We recommend carrying cash for local purchases, as card facilities may be limited in some areas.
If you’re arriving a day early or leaving a day late, we recommend booking pre or post-tour accommodation. It helps you avoid last-minute stress due to travel delays and gives you extra time to relax and explore. Let us know if you’d like help arranging this at Tadoba Tiger Valley Resort.
- Wi-Fi services are on complimentary basis and available only at Lobby and Restaurant area only.
- Standard Check-in time: 14:00 Hours & Standard Check-in time: 11:00 Hours.
- The nearest airport is Nagpur 140 km and railway station is Chandrapur 28 km from the resort.
- Please do not disturb other guests by making loud noises or playing loud music.
- The resort is surrounded by wildlife, so please do not venture out alone after dark.
- Guests are advised to dress appropriately when going for safaris or nature walks.
- Please do not litter in the resort premises or wildlife sanctuary.
- Do not feed or disturb the wildlife. Respect their natural habitat.
- Any damages caused to the resort property or wildlife will be charged to the guest's account.
- Please follow the instructions of the resort staff during safaris or any other activities.
- The entire safari experience is organised and managed by the Forest Department of Maharashtra.
- The safari permits open 120 days in advance and are booked online, there is a restriction on number of vehicles entering the Jungle.
- Canter Bus Safari is allowed from Moharli Core Gate only.
- Once the safari permits are booked, it cannot be cancelled and non transferable.
- It is mandatory to carry original Identity Proof.
- There is no add on facility in Tadoba.
- The gypsy vehicles are owned by local community and are operated under the management of Forest Department the Resort will not have any control on selecting gypsy vehicles.
- The local guides are trained by the forest department and are mandatory to have the Local guide on all the safaris.
- Camera Charges : INR 250/-
- 30% of the total booking amount will be charged if cancelled between 59 to 45 days prior to the arrival.
- 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if cancelled between 44 to 30 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the total booking amount will be charged if cancelled between 29 to 0 days prior to the arrival.
- No cancellation charges apply if a confirmed booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Safaris are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable once booked and should be paid at the time of making reservation.
- All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID proof upon check-in.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to guests without assigning any reason.
- Full booking amount must be received 15 days prior to the arrival.
- Late check out after 11:00 AM is subject to availability and would be charged 1200/- per hour.
- Kids of 5 yrs old to 11 yrs old will be charged @ 1500 Per Night.
- The Resort management reserves the right to change the rates in the event of new charged being imposed in accordance with Indian Law. No alterations will be made in package once a confirmation Voucher is issued.
- The resort will not be liable for any loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings or valuables.
- Any damage caused to the resort property or wildlife will be charged to the guest's account.
- The resort reserves the right to modify or cancel any reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
