1. Strict No Refund Policy
- Once a booking is confirmed and payment (including token advance) is received, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed under any circumstances.
- This applies to all types of bookings, including accommodation, safari bookings, and package reservations.
2. Non-Transferable Bookings
- Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another person, date, or service.
- Payments made cannot be adjusted against future bookings.
3. No-Show Policy
- In case of no-show (guest does not arrive on the booked date), the booking will be considered cancelled and the full amount paid will be forfeited.
4. Force Majeure
- The resort will not be liable to refund or reschedule bookings in the event of delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, wildlife department rules, pandemics, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Guests are requested to verify all booking details (dates, number of guests, services chosen) before making payment.
- By completing the booking, the customer accepts that payments once made are final and non-refundable.
