When you contact the resort by WhatsApp, phone or email, the team may receive your name, contact details, preferred dates, guest count, room preference and message. If you later confirm a stay directly with the resort, it may also keep reservation details, payment references and information required at check-in or by park rules. Government identity documents are requested only where legally or operationally required.
2. How information is used
- Respond to enquiries and provide rates, availability and booking support.
- Create, confirm, administer or amend a reservation and coordinate the stay.
- Send booking, payment-status and service updates through the contact channel supplied.
- Meet safety, tax, accounting, law-enforcement and other legal obligations.
- Protect the resort and guests, resolve complaints and maintain required business records.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments or card details. If you decide to confirm a reservation, the resort will provide payment instructions directly. Any payment provider used for that separate transaction processes information under its own privacy notice. Never send a card number, CVV, banking password, OTP or UPI PIN over WhatsApp or email.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers supporting resort operations and, when needed for a reservation you arrange directly, relevant reservation or payment providers and public authorities where required by law or park procedures. The resort does not sell guest personal information.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as needed to manage the enquiry or stay, meet accounting and legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect the resort and guests. Access should be limited to people who need it for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure; contact us promptly if you believe your information was used incorrectly.
6. Cookies and external services
The website may use essential browser storage and third-party services such as web fonts, maps or analytics if enabled. WhatsApp opens an external service governed by its own terms and privacy notices. You can manage browser storage through your device settings.
7. Your requests
You may ask the resort to access, correct or delete contact information that is not required to be retained by law, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests can be sent to the contact email below.
